Sowpeace Online Retail (OPC) Private Limited operates sowpeacehome.com, trading as Sowpeace Global. Sowpeace Global is a storefront name, not a separate legal entity.
These terms apply to the international storefront at sowpeacehome.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked here, subject to mandatory applicable law.

Products and orders
Read the selected variant, dimensions, weight, material, colour, care instructions and package contents before ordering. Product images illustrate the item; normal screen colour differences and disclosed handmade variation are not themselves defects. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your request; availability and payment must be confirmed before fulfillment.
Prices, taxes and delivery
Store prices are shown in US dollars unless otherwise displayed. Product prices include applicable taxes and import duties (DDP). Standard shipping is US$10 below US$50 and free for qualifying orders of US$50 or more to supported destinations. Checkout confirms the final amount after discounts. Defective items and refunds
Under our voluntary international policy, report defects or transit damage within 72 hours of delivery with the required continuous unboxing video and photographs for the shipping-insurance claim process. Approved claims receive a returnless refund; you do not send the item back. We process approved refunds within 7–8 working days after approval. Promotions
Discount codes apply only according to their displayed conditions and checkout eligibility. Copy a code and enter it at checkout. Codes are not cash; combining discounts depends on the active offer settings.
Privacy and website use
Use the store lawfully. Do not misuse payment systems, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with security or infringe intellectual property. Our privacy policy explains personal information handling. Marketing subscriptions are optional and can be cancelled.
Errors, updates and applicable rights
We will contact you if a material pricing, availability or description error affects an order. Updated terms apply prospectively. Indian law governs these terms to the extent permitted, without removing mandatory protections available in your jurisdiction. Nothing here excludes liability, guarantees, cancellation rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
